| Description: | Public policy is what governments do -- or choose not to do -- to address social, political and economic problems. Study how public policy is made, what influences it and how to improve it. Examine current critical issues such as climate change, war and conflict, and housing and homelessness. Develop the skills and knowledge to address policy problems by taking courses in public policy as well as political science, economics, law and history. Choose a specialization in Communication and Policy Studies: Development Policy Studies: International Policy Studies; Public Policy and Administration.
